I started with Digis over one year ago and the service was good.Since October of 2011 the service has gotten worse.
They oversubscribe their services and then your connection is either slow or nonexistent. I am having to call every week about the service and always get the same excuse, " we are having problems with the tower, it has lost power to some of the access points, we have technicians working on this, and are planning to upgrade in your area".
I cannot even stream netflix or other services because of the poor service.Their technical support is rude and when a manager states that they will call you the next day, and never calls, this is bad customer service.
